Processing Time Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of purchase. Most orders ship the same or next business day.

Free Priority Shipping Enjoy free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at standard rates calculated at checkout.

Carriers We ship via USPS (Priority and standard) and UPS for select orders based on size and destination.

Delivery Time Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–6 business days. Our median delivery time is 4 days from order placement. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Backorders & High-Demand Items Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, certain sizes or configurations may occasionally be backordered during periods of high demand. If your order includes a backordered item, we will contact you with the expected delivery date before your order is finalized — giving you the option to proceed or cancel with no charge.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We ship to all 50 states.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your delivery at USPS.com or UPS.com.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us.
